OPEN POSITIONS
 

Business Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and implementing effective financial strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

 

          Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.

  • Update daily transactions to Quickbooks Online

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Invoice students' families monthly tuition bills

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.

  • Attend meetings and prepare financial reports when necessary

  • Handle financial emails

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets

  • Run bi-monthly payroll

  • Manage monthly donor income

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

  • Manage and pay monthly expenses & bills

  • Monitor cash flow

          Skills:

  • Accounting or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks Online.

  • CPA or CFA certification is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
