Business Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and implementing effective financial strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

 

          Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.

• Update daily transactions to Quickbooks Online

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

• Invoice students' families monthly tuition bills

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.

• Attend meetings and prepare financial reports when necessary

• Handle financial emails

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets

• Run bi-monthly payroll

• Manage monthly donor income

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

• Manage and pay monthly expenses & bills

• Monitor cash flow

          Skills:

• Accounting or related fields.

• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online.

• CPA or CFA certification is a plus.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

           Marketing & Events Professional

           Seeking an organized and creative individual who can multi-task!  This role involves supporting and enhancing our             social media outreach efforts.  Maintain and grow our alumni network.  Nurture our donor base through                             engaging quarterly newsletters. Canva experience preferred.  Excellent communication and relationship building               is a must!  Plan Alumni Weekend, Harvest Festival, and other school events.  Work closely with Principal and                         Executive Director.

           Junior Kindergarten Assistant for the 2025-26 School Year

           We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Kindergarten Assistant to join our teaching team. This role is                 ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education and child development. The Junior Teacher                         Assistant will work closely with the lead teacher in the 4-year old classroom, providing support in the students'                   educational journey. This position is perfect for those looking to gain hands-on experience in childcare and                         education.

           Paraprofessional for the 2025-26 School Year

           Join our educational team as a compassionate Paraprofessional! We are looking for someone who shares a love                 for the Lord and is eager to contribute to ministry setting. In this vital role, you will support our teachers in                           delivering high-quality instruction while assisting two students in their learning journeys. Your engagement with                 students and implementation of lesson plans will help create a positive and productive classroom environment,                 ultimately enhancing student success.

           Grammar School Teacher - 6th Grade

           We are seeking a passionate individual with classroom experience, strong organizational skills, and a talent for                   managing a classroom. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who loves God, cherishes children, and has             a genuine love for learning.  Bachelor's Degree preferred.  Classical Christian Education Curriculum is provided!

           Upper School Science Teacher

           Seeking to hire an enthusiastic science teacher to teach in our classically guided science program. Classes taught               include Earth Science, Life Science, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.  Must have a minimum of a bachelor degree in             a Science field. A love for students and teaching is a MUST!  We hire great people and let them serve in areas they               are passionate about.
